Summary: The property was so great and in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk away from downtown Waxhaw. The kitchen was well stocked and all was clean and fresh. The hosts were quick to respond and so kind. Definitely will use again when we come to the area.

Summary: Awesome house! Second time I've stayed there for winter holiday vacation. House is immaculate, like new, plenty of space, great for guests. Great location, walk to shops and dining in charming Waxhaw village. Close to South Charlotte but seems like you're in a small town in the country. Owner is very responsive and professional.

Summary: We were there for my step-son’s wedding. We were on the go constantly of course. The house was so pretty and we loved how close Downtown was, it being just right there at us. I would definitely recommend it. I wish we could have stayed an extra day or so to recuperate and relax after being so busy. Thank you Chris.

Summary: As soon as you walk through the door, you feel at home! It’s clean, modern, comfortable and all the amenities you will ever need are there for you. Everything in the home is top quality and furnished beautifully. We enjoyed our stay at the downtown Villa so much, we didn’t want to leave!
