Summary: Loved our stay there. Perfect location to get to the Millwork District. Also, Charlottes Coffee House is fabulous, and staying above it is great to go downstairs to get coffee, food and snacks.

Summary: My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and cute! We came to relax and loved the private hot tub and coffee shop right in the building. We were able to easily walk to shops, restaurants and museums and never even moved the car from the parking lot once we arrived.

Summary: Cute 2-bedroom accommodation near restaurants and downtown Dubuque. Nice coffeehouse downstairs-no noise from the business and good coffee. White Street is busy, but traffic wasn’t a bother with windows closed. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We loved this property. Clean, nicely decorated, convenient parking, private 2nd floor deck with a hot tub!! Delicious meals at both Charlotte’s Coffee House and nearby 7Hills Brewing! Everything was awesome!
