Summary: Futon bed not comfortable at all even for a child. Not enough blankets and not any comfortable seating in the living room. Kitchen had no kitchen towels.

Summary: This is my third time staying at this property. The property manager Michael is easy to reach with any questions and always helpful. The beds are comfortable and it has all the conveniences of home. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Dubuque! Location is convenient to everything and a beautiful neighborhood.

Summary: We traveled from NC to Iowa , our son had a baseball tournament. The house was in such a great neighborhood and was really close to grocery stores/ restaurants. The house was really clean & very spacious for our family of 5 . There was couple of things that could improve, living room & the bathroom were always hot and seems to have hard time cooling off . The hallway had a sewage smell that we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from . Overall it’s a very nice house / locations and we enjoyed our stay.

Summary: Our visit was easy and comfortable. Honestly, I was getting nervous about check in becase it was 1230 pm and we still hadnt received details to enter property. So, I contacted Michael and he promptly sent information for check in. In fairness, I was with my 90 year old Mom and she was sure we werent getting in....so, that made me nervous. Trust the process! We stayed for 2 weeks. So, a point of improvement would be to have availability to washer/dryer since we found ourselves at a laundromat 3 times. The neighbors were very nice! The park behind the house has a nice asphalt path that is approximately 1/2 a mile per lap. I used it for a nice power walk to get in my 5 miles! I love Dubuque! Thanks, Michael!

Summary: The property was great and as advertised. Difficulty checking in as host forgot to send door code and uncertainty checking out as instructions were minimal and incomplete with regards to linens and garbage. Since it literally poured rain while there it was nice to sit on a ridge looking out at it while keeping dry.

Summary: We really enjoyed this property. It was close to where our activities were for the weekend and was comfortable… we really looked forward to going “home” at the end of each long day out having fun. We will definitely rent this property again if we ever need to stay in the area.
