1950's Charming renovated direct beach front home. Beautifully renovated vacation rental home within walking distance to Bridge Street. This unit is called "Dream Boat". Dream Boat is the top left unit of four units with a balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Rent this unit or rent them all.
This unit offers a full kitchen, a full bath 1 bedroom and a pull out sofa that sleeps 2 and an additional sofa that sleeps one. Beach towels are provided. There is limited assigned on-site parking , one small car will fit on-site. Additional parking off site is available withing walking distance if needed for multiple or large cars. Please ask in advance and we will be happy to accommodate you.
Perfect for a vacationing family get away. Take a short walk down the street and get an ice cream, play putt-putt golf, go to the Post Office or visit all the gift shops. Take the monkey bus to Gulf Drive Cafe and have a Pina Colada at the Island only Tiki bar. Leave your cares at home ; bring your fishing poles and bathing suits and enjoy your visit to the Island!

Summary: I'm pretty much convinced that there isn't a better location/view on the beach than this one. 10 feet from the beach, great view, and 2 blocks from a bunch of shops and dinner spots!The rental was very clean and very nice!What fell short of perfection for us was..1. Had to use hotspot on our phone's the entire time because the wifi speed was about 2 mbps and wouldn't load anything for us2. A/c was pretty rough. We got lucky with cooler weather in the evenings and kept the wondows open, she had lots of fans to help keep us cool.3. This one is a little nitpicky but the honey-do list prior to check out seemed a little unnecessary with cleaner's showing up right after checking out. My griping aside this listing was great and my wife and I had a great time!!

Summary: The place was perfect for what we needed- close to the beach, in walking distance of coffee, good views, lots of clean linen, a full sized washer and dryer in unit (!). Only thing I would recommend is a respray/ trap for ants (its Florida, bugs are always a given). There appear to be a small colony of small black ants living behind the backsplash in the kitchen. Would definitely return.

Summary: Was the perfect place for my wife and I's anniversary weekend away. Wonderful view of the Gulf; restaurants and activities only a walk or [free] trolley ride away. We were so relaxed leaving, we accidentally left our swimwear in the dryer. Thankfully the Host was very responsive to any of our questions and we were able to coordinate getting those back to us after our departure. Appreciated that! Overall, highly recommend. We are considering bringing our kids sometime in the future!
