Summary: The house and surrounding property was very nice, with the backyard lake access, shade trees, and available kayaks making it a great place to relax outside. The accommodations inside were exactly as shown, recently updated with premium items, and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the ceiling fans throughout the house, and adequate closet space, too. The pool table was a very nice addition. All the kitchen appliances were new, and plenty of dishes and cookware. The house is located very near everything you could possibly want for shopping, restaurants, as well as spending a day at the beaches. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed staying here, and wouldn’t hesitate to rent it again if we return to the Melbourne area!

Summary: We enjoyed our February stay at 2265 Lakeview very much. The house had been remodeled and was very attractive and very well outfitted in the kitchen and baths. This is a good location relative to shopping needs (get a city map if not familiar with the city of Melbourne). My husband found golfing opportunities at several nearby public courses and we especially enjoyed visiting Wickham Park about three miles from this house. Also, lots of good restaurants in the area and easy access to the beaches. The owner was very responsive to our questions and needs and helped to insure our stay was pleasant.

Summary: This house was perfect for our trip. We had a fun time playing pool, cooking in the kitchen, and sitting out back looking at the water and all the birds. The owner was super nice and responded very quickly to my questions and concerns. Highly recommend staying here if you’re going to be in the area.
