If you're looking for a quiet beach getaway in a lovely home with only a short stroll to one of the best beaches in look no further – Brigadune in Neskowin is your perfect home away from home!
This three-story, modern classic that sleeps 6 is located in the desirable south beach area of Neskowin, a quiet, gated community. Brigadune is set in a secluded area on nearly an acre of wooded land on a quiet road.
The main level living area has vaulted ceilings with a skylight, a river rock gas fireplace and a smart Roku TV. Enjoy cooking in the roomy well-equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances and granite counter tops. Feel surrounded by the forest as you dine overlooking the woods. In the reading nook there are shelves of books, games and puzzles. The enclosed porch has a view of the wooded area behind the house. Open the windows and listen to the birds sing, or the rain fall while sipping your morning coffee. For your convenience a powder room/laundry room on the main floor has a stacked, front loading washer and dryer.
The top floor has two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a nice little peek of the ocean through the trees and a king-sized memory foam bed as well as a gas fireplace. You will also find a large, luxurious bathroom with a roomy shower, double sinks and a fabulous claw foot soaking tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a Smart TV.
On the lower level is the third guest bedroom suite with a view of the wooded area in back. This room has a queen-sized bed and an attached bathroom. Access to the double garage (which has an EV charger) is from the lower level. In a nook in the garage an arcade machine with 60 retro games (Pacman, Galaga, Donkey Kong, etc.) No quarters required! There is also a ping pong table in the garage for indoor fun on rainy days.

Summary: We came to Neskowin for a lovely 3 day weekend getaway. The house was wonderful and had all we needed for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything worked well. The host was quick to respond and they even left a few goodies for us! We had a wonderful weekend here!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great house for teens, with plenty of parking. Just a short walk to beach access. We didn’t have the best weather so we watched movies by the fire and enjoyed the puzzles and games! The house was missing a couple items and the owners were quick to respond and have them delivered. Thank you!

Summary: Our stay was very relaxing. The pictures and descriptionof the property are accurate. Comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed. The 5 min walk to beach was easy but for someone with mobility difficulties it may be challenging. Karen was very responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Summary: This was the second time we stayed here and it was really a great place to stay, beautiful beach within walking distance, room for us and our 4 kids, an arcade game in the basement too.

Summary: This property was very accurate as advertised. We had a great weekend, the location was perfect for our older kids (21 and 17). Plenty of activities in the house in case the weather was terrible. We lucked out and it was a lovely sunny day so we took a short walk to the beach and visited a few other hikes in the area. The house was very clean, the kitchen well stocked with gear that was in top condition and we had plenty of space to spread out. I would definitely visit again.

Summary: The Brigadune house lived up to the listing and was everything it claimed to be. We were very happy with the rental and it made for a great escape for the Thanksgiving week with family.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay as the house, its layout, furnishings and location are very good. The bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were very clean. The beds were quite comfortable, however the pillow cases and sheets were heavily scented. Some probably like this, we do not. The cleanliness of the living area and kitchen floors was not what one would expect. There were crumbs on the sofa under the pillows, cheerios on the floor and in the rug. The dinning table had what appeared to be a generous coating of an oil like substance, perhaps a furniture polish, which took paper towels and elbow grease to make suitable for use. Nice place - a step up of cleaning will be appreciated.

Summary: We stayed at Brigadune for a blissful month and it is truly paradise!! It’s such a hidden gem! The property was so relaxing and airy with tall ceilings and lots of light and sounds of the waves and views of the woods all around!! The upstairs bedrooms are very spacious. They are building a home across the street but they are respectful with the noise and do not build early or late during the day. My kids and husband enjoyed watching the progress. The beach is a short walk from the house and it is a fairly empty and a quiet and clean beach. And it’s more gorgeous than the nearby Lincoln City beach. The gated neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed driving up and down the coast and hiking all the beautiful trails! We also enjoyed the nearby Neskowin farmer’s market and getting fresh fish in Lincoln City. The house felt very comfortable right away and was very well stocked and the beds were comfortable! My children loved running up and down the beach, exploring the tide pools, seeing sea lions, and enjoying all the TV shows and arcade game in the garage! We can’t wait to come back again as we fell in love with Neskowin and the Oregon coast!
