Positive: The location was great. Not much of a view but easy to access a trail to the beach. The house was clean and neat, and in good condition
Negative: No pizza cutter ;(. Really it was perfect for what we needed.

Positive: 1. Location to the beach 2. Newer pots and pans and kitchen appliances 3. Comfortable beds
Negative: 1. No place to put our clothes despite shelves present they were all locked for the owner’s use. Only knobs to hang them and 4 hangers. 2. Cleaning supplies were next to dining table 3. Knobs intended for hanging is located next to the toilet plunger made hanging a towel fall and land next to the toilet brush. Gross. 3. No hairdryer- Vacasa first contested that it was not a listed amenity and when they realized it was never brought it. We slept with cold wet heads 4. There’s no fireplace as listed, a furnace is on but not allowed to use it, we slept cold at night. 5. No manual where thermostat is, we had to text and cell reception was non existent so had to rely if VACASA was going to reply. 6. Internet connection was always failing
Summary: It was ok. We didn’t expect a lot but still felt shorted. No hairdryer?

Positive: Cute lil bungalow across the street from Mocrocks beach. It felt a lot like an AirBnB - standalone property with lockbox entry. Worked really well for a group of friends in pursuit of razor clams for the weekend.
Negative: Vacasa manages this property, so you receive notifications through them and booking.com. Most of the links in Vacasa's messages don't work, so you might be forced into downloading their app. Also, we couldn't find a hair dryer anywhere in the house.
