Cozy, single family home in a residential neighborhood. Located just 6 blocks from the French Quarter, this gem is the perfect home base for an exciting weekend in New Orleans. With hardwood floors, modern appliances, and a spacious kitchen, our home's got it all. Lounge in the living room or barbecue under the stars in our side yard before hitting the town. 30 day minimum booking. Welcome!
Sleeps 6, side yard available for exclusive use. Kitchen stocked to prepare any meals, Keurig with coffee provided. Lovely living room and kitchen with breakfast bar. All bathrooms come with essentials such as 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/bodywash and fluffy towels!
Note that one bedroom has a sofa bed which is the 6th bed. There are also two additional sofa beds in the living room.
Street parking is free
This home is nestled on a corner which provides ample free street parking
The streetcar is 6 blocks on Rampart and can take you to Canal, Uptown
This is a family neighborhood. We ask all our guests to be awesome representatives of their city while visiting ours.
Keep noise down in the evenings and quiet time after 10pm.
No smoking is allowed!

Summary: Nice clean house with lots of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfy! Short walk to French Quarter and Bourbon Street. Louis Armstrong Park was really impressive and we only found out about it because we stayed at this house :).

Summary: We come to nola quite a bit and we love to stay with this host who has many great units in the area. Very convenient location and there are 3 coffee shops within 3 blocks of the place that are cute and great place to hang or get work done during the day. Tremé is a unique neighborhood and the birthplace of Jazz music apparently. Armstrong Park is right next door and there are a lot of free events that go on there. House is clean and full of light. The yard has picnic tables which were really nice.

Summary: This home was the perfect space for my large group. The host (Nicole & Will) made sure we had everything we needed and made themselves available for all inquiries. The home is located in a safe neighborhood that is a short walk or ride to the French Quarters. The interior decor of this home fits the New Orleans style that we expected to see and the beds are SUPER comfy! If you’re searching for a private place that is relaxing, spacious and stocked with everything you need (including a BBQ grill that was purchased by the host to accommodate my large group) then I highly recommend this property! We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Summary: This space was great! While we were expecting 4 bedrooms based on the description and learned that there were only 3 bedrooms when we arrived, we made it work. There are several beds and the front couches also pull out. The neighborhood is evolving and there are a lot of locals around the corner, some homes being purchased and flipped, and just a blend of people in Treme. There was a woman on our staircase one evening who would not leave, and she did no harm to us, but caught us off guard. The hosts were available and communicated well in advance - all of the details for WiFi, passcodes for the door, etc. Just blocks from the French Quarter - about a 15-20 minute walk if you are able to cut through the park and you'll end up near Bourbon.

Summary: We were so impressed with our stay! Super comfortable memory foam beds and high quality pillows. We loved the art on the walls. The hosts were available 24/7 to answer our questions. The AC worked extremely well and we loved the side yard with picnic tables and cafe lights. Everything works in the house and its very close to the french quarter. would definitely stay here again and we thought the house was a particularly good value! Thanks !

Summary: We have been to New Orleans several times and prefer to stay with these hosts, as they operate a bunch of great properties. Nichole and staff are very friendly and are available any time you need them. We really like the vibe of the Treme neighborhood, artsy and cultural. The beds are super comfy memory foam, and we liked the artwork on the walls. The layout of the house is very good for groups and the AC worked great. Would stay again.

Summary: I have stayed at several of this host's properties and this one is another great spot. They have picnic benches on the side of the house which are really nice for hanging out. plus there are pretty cafe lights in the front and back of the house. This is a new house so it has all the updated amenities. The AC works really well and everything is clean and new. Great spot for big groups and families. Thanks!!
