Summary: My brother and I rented the condo for a tournament at a nearby course. The condo was clean, spacious and furnished with comfortable furniture. A nice plus was that it was located in a quiet setting. I would definitely recommend it for other vacation renters.

Summary: The unit was clean and had ample space for a 2 bed / 2 full bath rental. It is gated and fenced. The neighborhood outside the fence is not walkable but downtown Greenville, with all of its magnificent trails and parks, is just minutes away.
