3 Bedroom House in Quindalup

Midweek special - March and April 2025 only - stay any 3 nights Monday to Thursday in March or April and pay for 2. To book, book 2 nights and we will add on the extra night for you in the calendar.
Large open plan house just around the corner from the bay in a quiet residential street just a short walk from the town centre.
2-3 minutes walk to the dog beach.
High speed internet and fetch TV.
Have breakfast in the courtyard and enjoy the sea breeze.
If you want some extra space, ask us about the granny flat.
Please note that doonas (with covers) and pillows are provided.
You can book linen through our cleaners at $20 per bed or bring your own sheets towels and pillowcases.
Fall into the queen size bed in the master suite and enjoy the tranquility if the location.
The open plan kitchen/ diner/ lounge with leather lounge opens onto an al fresco courtyard with barbecue and ten seater table.
The master bedroom has an en suite and walk in robe and a split system air conditioner.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and built in wardrobes.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds and built in robes
There is a laundry with washer/dryer, and a double garage with parking on the drive for 3 extra cars.
Please note that linen can be supplied at $25 per queen bed and $18per single bed for the duration of your stay.

Summary: We loved staying in this spacious house. It felt like we all had our own little zone with the master at the front of the house & bedrooms at the back of the house. We also had access to the granny flat so myself & my husband had a private area, my eldest daughter, husband & baby had an area, and our 3 teens had an area, it worked out just perfectly! Very well-equipped house, lovely gardens and outside area. Photos don't do this house justice. Added bonus, this house is only a short walk to the beach.

Summary: We just wanted a short stay and this opportunity was great. We have a well behaved Labrador that joined us which was a bonus. Otherwise we would have had to seek out a minder.

Summary: This house was perfect for our weeklong summer getaway. Having the kids at one end of the house at night and us adults at the other was ideal. Our dog loved the room she had to wander around in the backyard and the aircon worked really well on the hot summer days, though the house was pretty cool without it. Will definitely come back!

Summary: Photos don't do this place justice, very roomy and spacious. Whilst it is an older property, lots of room and close to all the action in dunsborough and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Place can accommodate a lot more along with the granny flat. Owner instructions were easy and our family loved our stay.We will be back!

Summary: We have a fantastic holiday with our grown up children and grand children. Lots of room, big couches, lots of chairs. Everything you need supplied. Nice outdoor area again with lots of chairs, table room. Parking for a few cars. Proximity to beach a peaceful, small stroll away. We walked to town for breaky and shops. 1.5km oneway along coastal path. Host very helpful and responsive to messages. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, all family members were happy and we would definetly stay again. Thank you Lorraine for offering such a welcoming home.

Summary: Great house short walk to beach & dog beach. 15/20 min walk to town. Enclosed yard & great outdoor table & chairs under cool verandah. All beds comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen well supplied with all that you need. 3 bedrooms had ceiling fans which worked well & AC in lounge & main bedroom cooled house enough on the hottest of nights/days. Host was good to communicate with. Minor problem getting access to the key due to lock box being jammed - easily sorted out with host. Thanks for a fantastic stay.
