It has everything you require for a relaxing getaway.
• This is a great house for all seasons.
• The cottage has an open-plan lounge and dining area with a Reverse Cycle Air-Conditioner on the lower level, a lovely log fire (supply own wood) and a fully equipped kitchen.
• There is an upstairs games area with Reverse Cycle Air-conditioner, bar fridge, TV, Video games, couches, Kitchenette and a pool table with a balcony overlooking the lakes and golf course.
• There are 4 large bedrooms:
o 1 x Master (Queen size) bedroom with ensuite and ceiling fan.
o 1 x Queen size bedroom with ceiling fan
o 1 x Queen size bedroom with ceiling fan
o 1 x Queen Size bedroom with ceiling fan.
• All bedrooms have built in or walk-in robes.
• Doonas and pillows are on all beds.
• Bed linen and towels supplied.
• There are two bathrooms and toilets.
• Second bathroom has both a shower and bath.
• Carpets in all bedrooms with side bedroom tables and lamps in three Queen size rooms.
• The laundry has a front-loading washing machine.
• The kitchen has dish washer with gas hot plates, oven and microwave.
• A 65” TV and DVD player in family area with Foxtel (All Channels)
• High chair supplied and baby gate for stairs.
• The back yard is a large, fully enclosed area - a great location for children to play in a safe environment.
• There is a covered patio area for enjoying the ambiance while sitting outside adjacent to a B-B-Q and casual seating.

• It is perfectly located, only 5 minutes from beach and 15 minutes from Dunsborough CBD and shops. It is a short driving distance from award winning wineries and top surfing spots.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The house is plenty big enough for adults, children and family stays. Pool table TV streaming services and BBQ allows plenty of time in at the house for those who don't want to go out every day.Cleanliness is a great disappointment for the property with coffee spils on the kitchen floor when we arrived. It appears it's been a very long time since it has had a proper clean because overall, it's a grubby place.With a deep clean and a spruce up this place would be amazing!

Summary: Bigger and better than the picturesWe had a great stay here with our big kids, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Really liked the outdoor area, the upstairs pool room and the kitchen. All very well equipped. Excellent location, we walked to the local beach often but were also only a short drive to all the beautiful beaches etc the region has.

Summary: This house was spacious for our family and partners, grandchild and 2 small dogs. It was well equipped and close to bicycle path and dog beach. The large garage housed all our toys and one car. We had a wonderful stay.

Summary: Highly recommended for large groups! The house is spacious and comfortable, fully equipped with essential appliances like a coffee machine, three refrigerators, a washing machine, and two Dyson vacuums. The owner also provides a helpful booklet with all the necessary information, which is a nice touch. It’s just a short 3-4 minute drive to the nearest supermarkets. Overall, even my picky mom with high standards was very impressed with the house!

Summary: Good and spacious holiday home. Especially love it cos we could bring our fur babies along. The loft is a good games area but a little disturbing with the amount of cobwebs. Would definitely return to and recommend this property.

Summary: This house was a short distance walk to Geographe Bay and the dog beach. The house had 4 comfortable bedrooms. It had a good games room, the kitchen was well equipped. A spacious bbq area and yard for the dogs. The spacious garage was great for storing all our boards, surf skis etc. We thought this house was very comfortable and practical for our family.
