Positive: The location is good in the heart of the chines area. Walkable to the beach. I was attending a training course in Boscombe but feel safer in this part of the area.

Negative: Park9ng very expensive bit had no choice as a lone female as the streets were full. Hotel was overall tired. Carpet very worn. My single room was on the 3rd floor and felt very isolated. No iron in room. Was offered key to the pool but that told me no staff were present and that felt too risky as a lone female.

Summary: Tired, not great for lone female
