Positive: I love this hotel, the setting is beautiful, the spa is great and the outside pool is sublime. The staff are helpful and the beds so comfortable.

Negative: It was disappointing not to have breakfast included- not even the basic continental breakfast. This was included in a previous stay and I don’t know why the basic breakfast was not included this time.

Summary: Another fantastic stay barring the exclusion of a basic continental breakfast.

Positive: Rooms were big & clean. Bed was really comfortable. Food in both restaurants was really good.

Negative: Outside pool is heated, but definitely not warm enough for an outside pool in the UK when it’s 15 degrees. Some staff were nice, some were moody and made you feel like a pain for asking questions.

Negative: The hydro pool was out of action, and it was hard to sit and relax around the indoor pool.
