Summary: This was a great find! So up to date but still woodsy and charming. I came in late, 10 pm, and was given great help with directions and one problem - i didn't know how to work the thermostat. I felt very safe and extremely comfortable.

Summary: We were unfortunate to have room underneath young children who were left unattended above us past 10pm. 2nd night was close 1am! It sounded like continuous loud thunder for hours. I tried to resolve on my own until after midnight for 2 nights. Tried to call and get help but there is no one available. After days of hiking it's the last thing I wanted to deal with. On our second day our cards were inactive to enter our room so another trip to reservations was needed. There was coffee for one day, we were staying multiple days. No housekeeping unless you pay extra. The reservation folks were very nice. The location is really handy but I would never stay there again, I know it's not the kids fault I have 15 grandkids myself it was just really unfortunate and we just wanted to sleep.

Summary: Great property in a peaceful setting. Hotel was clean and well kept. Bed was subpar mattress worn could feel springs. Linens and bedding clean and nice quality. Pool, sauna, and exercise area was new and enjoyable. Large hot tub felt roomy even with 12 adults spread out in it. Pool was warm enough to swim in even at 55 ° outside temp.

Summary: Disappointed that there was no coffee and continental breakfast service. Bed was uncomfortable. No housekeeping service. The ice machine was broken.

Summary: Our room had a beautiful view, wonderful beds and was outfitted with plenty of shampoo, towels, etc; however, the resort had absolutely NO dining options as advertised. All the restaurants were closed except for the chalet which involved an $80 gondola ride (two people round trip). This was very upsetting because I specifically booked the place because of the on-site dining options it had listed. When we asked in both the gift shop and the ticket office about dining options on the mountain, we were told there was nothing but the chalet. This wasn’t true. We found out that the competing hotel down the road had a restaurant/bar (thank god). Also, PLEASE put a full length mirror outside the bathroom area. This allows people to get ready when the bathroom is being used and allows people to check their outfits. Simple and considerate convenience. Finally, asked to check in at a normal check-in time (3pm) and they kept giving me the runaround that the room wasn’t ready until 4:30pm. There were no cleaning people at the building where our room was. Nice place, could use a little maintenance on the outside grounds, but a lot of deceitfulness about what the resort had to offer. Not sure I would stay there again because of this. If you do stay there, CALL and find out if anything is open and then take what you’re told with a grain of salt.

Summary: I have been here many times. I love this resort. The gondola ride is right near this place and the alpine slide too. The view is amazing. And the trails are gorgeous. Totally recommend it.
