Positive: The location is absolutely the best of the whole experience. What a beautiful thing that the rent out parts of their house, so we can also exprience such a magnificent view, and the silence of the place (only disturbed once an hour when the ferry arrives which is almost next door, but no problem)
Negative: There is not much privacy; you are sharing the deck with your two neighbors (I was the middle) and when I arrived late (after a long flight) there were already people sleeping : I could here the snoring. Also when I was in your room I could hear the noise of the room on the other side. When you arrive after the sun has gone down, you really have to find your way with the torch of your phone since its pitch dark (which I can understand). And the room itself is really clean and ok, but needs just a little TLC and some nice lighting.
Summary: Absolutely stunning view but best experienced without any neighbors

Positive: Breakfast included the best yogurt and fresh fruit. The hosts were very helpful with kayak launching optins that are surprisingly scarce in this area.

Positive: The apartment was located a few minutes from the ferry terminal and had a wonderful location overlooking the waterfront. Our room windows and outdoor decking where we could sit-out and relax provided amazing uninterrupted views across the sound and the the mountains beyond. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean, had a very comfortable bed.and was tastefully furnished. We also had the benefit of a fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Breakfast was provided on a tray and was a was a combination of yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, fresh cookies and a cake - it was delicious and very thoughfully presented.
Summary: A very memorable stay in a wonderful apartment in a beautiful location.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Orca View. I stayed with my wife in a room with a breathtaking view, it was clean, cozy, and comfortable. To be honest, as a Turkish family living in Canada, we didn’t expect much from the breakfast, but it turned out to be unexpectedly delicious! The only potential downside is that the rooms are quite close to each other, which might make you a bit more concerned about noise or disruption. That said, we were lucky and all the guests were very respectful. I would absolutely return and stay at Orca View again.

Positive: Beautiful location. Quiet and pretty easy access. Breakfast was great: fresh fruit, yoghurt, homemade granola with muffins. Lovely to sit out in the deck and enjoy the landscape. Bed very comfortable.
Negative: Signage was confusing as well as where we were to go to locate our room. Smell of marijuana was pervasive, we had to air out the room.
