Positive: The room was one of the best appointed rooms I have experienced in a long time. I really liked the room and would consider staying there again. The room is best for one person as two might be a bit crowded. Loved the fireplace, sink area, appliances...One could stay there easily and cook one's own breakfast.
Negative: The cost was high for a room that looked out from the deck at an alley and a parking lot. I could see paying what I did if my room had a beach view, but it did not. The place was deserted in the morning -- no staff around. Coffee was about it. I would have liked a little something I could take with me continental-style for breakfast. Pretty bare-bones lobby.
Summary: Great location for walks along the beach outside the main door.

Positive: It’s proximity to the lake and shops in GM is fantastic! The suite we had was absolutely perfect. Clean and comfortable!! We will be back!
Negative: The entrances are a bit tough to navigate when you’re loading and unloading suitcases and such, especially the main entrance. Small price to pay for such a beautiful stay.

Positive: The location was wonderful, right on Lake Superior with a view & close to restaurants and shops.
Negative: The only thing I didn’t like was that the carpets in the halls were very worn out.
