This property is a very well maintained 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located in Easton s Point. The lower level family room has a wonderful fieldstone fireplace and a great outdoor deck for entertaining. Also, enjoy the spacious backyard. The property is situated on a lovely private lot just a shot drive to downtown Newport.
This property also boasts tons of natural light, renovated 2 bathrooms, added crown molding in the living room and 3 of the 4 bedrooms, Large room available for an office that is not a part of the other 4 bedrooms. Positioned directly between Easton's Beach (1st Beach) and Sachuest Beach (2nd Beach) the only problem you will come across here is deciding what beach you would like to enjoy. Lawn care and snow removal is included in this fantastic rental. Upper floor bath was renovated this year. Working on pictures. Kitchen hopefully renovated soon too.

Summary: Clean, nice house with lots of room to stretch out. A group of us stayed here while in newport for our friend's wedding. It was very conveneint to the cambria hotel where lots of the guests were staying but a fraction of the price per person.

Summary: I was in charge of planning my sister in law’s bachelorette/bridal shower weekend in Newport. This house was perfect for a party of 10 girls who were in and out of Newport all weekend long. Sleeps 10 comfortably, has all the basic amenities you could need (pots, pans, kitchen appliances, grill etc), plenty of parking, great backyard, cute (and safe feeling) neighborhood and an extremely short trek into Newport whenever the mood strikes. The owners briefly stopped by to pick something up (warning us ahead of time) and really could not have been nicer. All in all, a great house and good deal for a weekend trip!

Summary: Thank you so much for opening your home to our family. The house was very clean and accommodating and I loved the fact that it had such a great back yard for the kids to play. The location was ideal for us as it was in between first and second beach. Thank you for checking in with us to ensure everything was up to our expectation. We will definitely stay again next year.

Summary: We had a very enjoyable stay at this home for our family vacation this summer. The house was clean and spacious with a nice private background (perfect for young children to run around). The property has a great central location in a quiet neighborhood with multiple beaches located nearby and the center of the town just a short drive away. Lastly, the owners were great to work with and extremely responsive throughout out stay. We look forward to visiting again.

Summary: Great house and great location. We had a wedding to attend in Newport so four of us couples made a vacation out of it and stayed on Kane Ave. Plenty of room and bed space , extremely clean rooms and set back away from neighbors which was a plus ( nice an quiet ) Overall great experience !!! And would stay again ( planning on it )

Summary: My family of 9 stayed here for one week in July and we loved it. The house was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we were able to walk to the beach. The location is excellent because it is private and close to the beach, but also very close to downtown Newport--at the same time you can get away from the crowds/traffic downtown Newport if you choose. Also, the landlord is very nice and accommodating.

Summary: My family of 7 rented this home for a week for my brother's graduation from Naval Station Newport. It was perfect for us and Mike was so easy to work with. He had great communication with me throughout the entire process: research, booking, actual stay and then checkout; especially compared to other rentals I've used. He was also very gracious and flexible when our plans changed through no fault of our own. He could have easily kept our money and refused to work with us, (and been well within his rights to do so!) but instead he worked with me to find a solution that helped us both out. The location was perfect for us as we stayed in Newport for 3 days and then did day trips to Boston, Plymouth, etc. for the other 4 days. The house is so close to everything in Newport and was exactly as pictured in the photos. It was an idyllic neighborhood.....so quiet and peaceful. If you enjoy seafood and don't mind a no frills place, check out Flo's Clam Shack just down the road. It was amazing! The largest clam strips I've ever seen, fabulous calamari, and gigantic sea scallops! If I ever have the opportunity to return to the Newport area again I would definitely stay here if it was available!

Summary: We stayed here for my sister's birthday and had an amazing weekend. The house is spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. There's also a large backyard and grill on the back porch which is perfect for summer bbqs. The house is also in an ideal location - close enough to downtown to cab it in for the night, or a quick drive to the cliff walk and beach, etc.

Summary: Myself and four other artists rented this beautiful home while we attended a three-day workshop at the Newport Art Museum. Perfect location to quick entry to Newport shopping, dining, the mansions, the Cliff Walk and all the other wonderful things Newport holds. And in walking distance to the beach! We found the home to be clean, nicely furnished and just perfect for returning to after a long day of painting. The owners were wonderful to work with and so thoughtful. We had no problems coordinating our arrivals, and everything was just as pictured. Would highly recommend this property and would consider returning in the future.
