This development consists of 3 apartments and was formerly a historic public house, known as the Militia Canteen, which was established in 1861 and has now been converted into beau-tiful apartments. To retain the history of the original public house within the community, the origi-nal signage has been lovingly restored and placed at the front entrance.
Located just a stones throw away from Brunel University, Hillingdon Hospital, Uxbridge Town Centre and Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Complex and very close to transport links to London
Living & Kitchen Area
This beautiful apartment has a spacious and contemporary living area complete with three-seater sofa, large mirror, Wifi and 32” television complete with free-view and a Virgin media box. The apartment has luxury deep pile charcoal carpets throughout.
The kitchen area comes complete with electric ceramic hob with modern hood, electric ov-en, black-based sink, integrated fridge freezer and an integrated washing machine. There is al-so a microwave, kettle, toaster as well as all the cutlery, crockery and cooking pots required. There is a dining area seating 4 which forms part of the kitchen. Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar are available on arrival as well as an arrival drink and biscuits.
There is a security video phone access to the building and the control screen in located in the living room. The apartment has central heating and double glazing throughout.
The apartment also has an iron and ironing board available, as well as towels and bed linen supplied.
Bedroom 1
A lovely double bedroom consisting of a double bed with bedside cabinet beautifully deco-rated in teal and silver.
A walk-in wardrobe is located just outside this bedroom.
Bedroom 2
A beautiful double bedroom with two single beds with bedside cabinets and a modern ward-robe with a mirror, also decorated in teal and silver.
Bathroom
A modern grey and white bathroom with heated towel rail, large walk-in shower unit with modern glass door. Under-cupboard storage available and towels are provided along with complimentary toiletries include shower gel and shampoo. A hairdryer is also available.
Outdoors / Parking
There is an outside area available for apartment guests use.
Parking available – 1 allocated space per apartment and there is free on-street parking from 5pm to 9am Monday to Friday with free weekend parking. On Street parking restrictions ap-ply 9am to 5pm.
Please note that apartment is located on the 2nd floor with access via the stairway only.
