Easy Breezes is a magnificent luxury home custom built with the highest quality materials and beautifully furnished and equipped for maximum comfort and enjoyment. This villa is solar powered with a back up battery making it "Off The Grid"! Please note a few systems will power down (AC and spa) to conserve battery life during a power outage.
Whether you're inside relaxing with a book or out on one of the spacious deck areas, lounging by the pool, or sipping a beverage on the expansive covered veranda, Easy Breezes will provide everything you need to make your vacation on St. John as pleasant and memorable as it can be!
Awaken to sunrises over St. John's East End, stargaze while soaking in the hot tub and fall asleep to the shimmering lights of the British Virgin Islands. Easy Breezes is nestled halfway up Calabash Boom Road where you can take in spectacular water views of the East End, Hurricane Hole, Tortola, Johnson Bay, and even Norman Island from the expansive stone arched porch that provides around the clock outdoor living and the constant comfort of trade winds.
This villa, completed in 2008, was built with family luxury and romantic getaways in mind. The villa boasts a great room, two air conditioned bedrooms and two baths, a pool and spa area. The expansive covered veranda is furnished with lounge chairs and plenty of seating for dining, reading, having a cocktail or practicing yoga with the provided mats.
Entering Easy Breezes through its double arched mahogany doors, the earth tones of stone work, granite and mahogany blend together with Tommy Bahama furniture to create relaxed elegance throughout each room. Enjoy modern stainless steel appliances and counter seating for four in the kitchen area or dine at the gorgeous granite dining table. The living room area offers comfortable seating for 6 and a complete entertainment system with a 32" LCD TV equipped with Roku Streaming, Netflix and Sling TV for sports and other live TV channels, DVD player and a JBL Bluetooth speaker. Splash proof speaker is yours to enjoy pool side as well! Off the great room are two adjacent bedrooms, with queen size Tempurpedic bedding, recently upgraded pillows and reading lights. One bedroom features a large desk, complete with wireless internet service and printer to meet your business and personal needs, while the other bedroom offers a daybed. Each bedroom has a queen bed with ocean views, veranda access, spacious bathroom and private outdoor stone shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with LED backlit makeup mirrors that are rechargeable with the provided USB charging cable.
The tap water at Easy Breezes is triple filtered and treated with an ultra-violet light device so it is safe for drinking. Water quality is tested by a third-party once a month to ensure our high quality standard. Hot water is run on solar power.
The open deck features a 12 x 16' pool and six person spa, with abundant colorful landscaping, perfect for relaxing after a day after the beach or to simply stay at home and embrace island living. Pool floats are also available for your use. As your on island property managers, Antares will be there to assist with your arrival and during your stay. Power is provided to St. John via an underground cable from St. Thomas. Our power supply is not always reliable and power outages are not uncommon. They are typically short lived, but can last for a few hours. These outages can happen with or without warning from the island’s power company, known as WAPA. We will do our best to keep you comfortable and informed. Antares strives to make your villa stay as comfortable and trouble free as possible. Please understand that power outages are out of our control. Please note, water will not work during an outage. There are no refunds for power loss.

Summary: The views are the best we’ve ever seen. This is a very nicely appointed place. Newer furnishings, very comfortable beds and furniture. The best is the outside. Outdoor furniture is very comfortable and it’s truly a million dollar view!

Summary: This property was as advertised , very clean and had every amenity needed. A fully equipped kitchen and plenty of seating for our family - inside and outside. The views from the porch were spectacular. We used the hot tub and the pool daily and both were Very clean. It was great to that they provided beach chairs and coolers for us. The road leading up to the villa was quite steep and partially paved , with areas of rough rocky dirt road. You definitely should have a 4WD. The neighborhood was secluded and quiet and felt very safe. I would recommend this villa for anyone wishing to stay on the quieter side of the island. The views and breezes over Coral Bay were incredible. both were very clean.

Summary: Excellent location with amazing views from every room. The home is very well appointed and immaculately clean. Kitchen is well stocked and everything was in proper working order. Close to grocery stores and plenty of restaurants. Check-in and out was a breeze. Highly recommend this home and will definitely stay again.

Summary: Overall the property management company and the home was Great. The check in process and everything leading up to that was great! St John’s is a beautiful island and we enjoyed our week there. A few things to bring up for other guests to realize prior… 1. Living room/main living area does not have A/C we may have visited the wrong week but we could not got a breeze to go through the house which made it extremely hot inside. (Bedroom is AC controlled thank goodness 😅) 2. Pool had some issues, I think it was overfilled as the skimmer was not doing anything. We had requested no services to be performed so it did miss one service. But it was full of dead bugs and leaves. The net used for cleaning the pool has a hole in it so didn’t really help clean it. (Luckily the beaches are amazing and we didn’t need the pool much). Overall the house is very well equipped and the above comments shouldn’t stop you from visiting!

Summary: My husband and I had an incredible time here during our stay in Coral Bay. The view from the front porch was exceptional. The place is spacious, delightfully decorated with wood sculptures and carvings from local island wood. The property is large enough to accommodate a full size family, two couples or a couple looking for a private getaway. To reach the location it does require an adventurous drive with a 4wheel drive vehicle. Mary guided us up the first day and by the second or third day driving to Easy Breezes was a breeze. Restaurants to check out near by: Salty Mongoose, Skinny Legs, Lime Out, and Miss Lucy's. Calabash Market has everything you need to cook at the property. Adventure business near by: Dock Side Dingy LLC, Crabbys snorkeling rental, Dulce Vita Sails sunset cruise. We would highly recommend this property to an adventurous couple or group looking for a picturesque spot to stay overlooking Coral Bay. We do plan to stay again at this property during our next stay in St. John!

Summary: The property was described as luxury & romantic - it was neither. The kitchen is tired. The appliances and dishes were old and scratched. We felt the need to wash all the dishes prior to using them. You will need to bring/buy salt, pepper and sugar. Also no coffee and coffee filters. The house could’ve been cleaner. The owner was there all of the time. The rental property manager told us we wouldn’t know he was there. Total lie. If you want to have a relaxing day at the house - forget it. You hear his lathe and air compressor going non stop. Not very romantic with the owner there. VRBO advertised that isn’t not a get-away when the owner is on the property. I guess Easy Breezes didn’t get the memo. The next door neighbor came over to complain about the septic alarm going off along with telling us that there has been an issue with the smell of the septic for a while. Why wasn’t this brought to our attention prior to our checking in?! I had to ask about it because the smell was so bad. There were workers there on 2 separate occasions plus the pool guy comes on Wednesdays. I am telling you ZERO privacy. This is our our 9th time using a vacation rental service. My husband and I would put this property at the bottom. Can not recommend this property.
