This charming eco-friendly villa commands a fantastic view of St. John's pristine East End and the many British Virgin islands and cays beyond, all dramatically staged against the vast blue backdrop of ocean and sky.
Sun, Moon & Stars Villa is a one-bedroom home just perfect for couples. Built all on one level makes for easy access from the flat parking space right outside the front door. This parking area is monitored by a camera mounted in clear view above the front entry door. This villa offers a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious dining and living area with a cathedral ceiling, and an air-conditioned queen bedroom. Our home is powered by sustainable solar energy with a Tesla battery (and the public utility when needed) for backup to provide continuous power and virtually eliminate our impact on the environment and help preserve the natural beauty of St John.
Slider doors open from the living and dining areas to a wide covered veranda which overlooks that unparalleled sea view and catches the cool island tradewinds. On one side is the secluded solar heated swimming pool, hot tub and sun deck in a lovely tropical garden setting. Relaxation and a good meal for two go together, so the wide covered veranda is furnished with a double chaise that converts to an outdoor bed, outdoor dining for alfresco dining or pull up the bar stools; it's shaded and cool by day and frames the sky at night for romantic stargazing.
Sun, Moon & Stars Villa is located high on a hill above Calabash Boom, reached by a winding country road, so the elevation and the balmy breezes usually keep the temperature at this property very comfortable, and provide the incredible views you'll always remember. Behind you is National Park land.
Sun, Moon & Stars Villa is located on the quiet side of St. John, but Coral Bay's bars, restaurants and small shops are just a couple minutes' drive down the road. You can rent small boats and snorkel gear at Crabby's, pick up some groceries at Dolphin Market, Calabash Market or Love City Mini Mart, enjoy a casual meal at Skinny Legs, Aqua Bistro or Pizzabar in Paradise and try Miss Lucy's on Thursday's for Open Mic Night. The Ram Head trailhead and Salt Pond Bay is just a few minutes' drive from Sun, Moon & Stars Villa should you feel like hiking to some of the best views in the Caribbean or just relaxing on the beach - all at the same location!

Summary: The photos and descriptions of SMS are accurate representations of the property. The villa is appointed with everything you could need, and the view, especially at sunrise, is stunning. Summary: My wife and I stayed here for 10 days for our Honeymoon in mid October. We were blown away from the moment we walked in the door and saw the endless views we would be enjoying for the rest of our time on the island. We cooked at home about half the nights and if like to cook then you should have all you need here. The pool and the hot tub got used every day, with the breezy nights being perfect for the hot tub! This is the perfect house for couples! The drive to the house is all part of the fun of island life. Chris was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our needs and questions while we were there. Highly recommend this property for first timers or experienced St. John visitors!
