Summary: Absolutely incredible…BUT. This is a 5 star luxury resort and hotel and would normally be a 5 star rating for me. However new hotel ownership and policy now make the Spa- the reason I and most people book this and pay the almost $1,000 nightly rate is now not included as part of the amenities. You are required to purchase a treatment per person just to enter. Cheapest option is a facial for $250 plus tax - that’s almost $600 per couple per day just to use the spa. Absolutely ridiculous. I can understand a day fee of $40-50 but this is unacceptable and their website as well as hotel.com offering is misleading and unfair. Sara from the front desk was extremely nice and helpful and solved my issue and the staff, were very helpful, service oriented and ever present The hotel, room, amenities, and pool etc were worth the price and highly recommended. They just need to be more clear about the spa charges. Oh and the gym is the nicest I’ve ever seen in a hotel!

Summary: The presentation of property and staff were excellent. With that said, the room with 2 beds were doubles and have clear room for queen size beds, which would make the sleeping arrangement way more comfortable for guests. The mattresses were hard. Even the toilet paper was cheap. The restaurants were overpriced, especially when within walking distance you can find just as quality of food for 1/3rd the price. The railing in the courtyards obstructed the view and should be replaced. Needed more lounge space on the beach.

Summary: This hotel is close to being great! The only negative is the pool chair policy on the weekend. Some staff will take your stuff and give your chairs away if you are not near them for 30 minutes… Other than that the property and the people are excellent! They will go out of there way to make you experience excellent. We will return in the future!!

Summary: The restaurants were amazing. The property is beautiful. The staff over all was wonderful. We only had issues with unfriendly front desk staff. There are cement slabs upon entering the beach. It was challenging to get into the ocean.

Summary: The location is stunning. The amenities and staff in the pool areas are excellence. Staff were extremely accommodating with lounge, chairs and umbrellas and food service in the outdoor pool areas. I would definitely stay there again.
