Summary: House is great. Good layout, good amenities. Kitchen has a gorgeous view. It’s an extremely unique property, and very secluded. Be aware though, it is completely off-grid. Well water, septic, and solar panels. No cell service (but there is wifi). You’ll need to monitor your electric usage so you don’t drain the house batteries overnight.
