Summary: We enjoyed our stay, everything was excellent. There was some confusion with the incidental fee. I was being charged $100 per night. I thought it was just $100 and that was it. Other than that, we had a great time. Geoff

Summary: It’s always great at the Eden it’s clean my only complaint is the outside lights go out at 10 so I can’t play any activity

Summary: Overall our stay was just okay. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, mold spots on the floor, room still dirty immediately after housekeeping came.. which I only realized when I wiped up some water that I spilled and the towel I used on the floor turned BROWN. Not to mention the ridiculous pool towel policy where you give them pool “cards” and they give you one towel. And then to get the card back (or be charged $25 at the end of your stay) you have to give the towel to them before you leave the pool area. Even if you’re dripping wet? What? I stood in line to get a drink for 15 mins and just gave up. No service around the pool to be seen. For claiming to be a 4 star resort, it was no where close. I doubt we will return, even with all the great things to do in Lancaster county. If this is the only so called 4 star resort in the area, I’ll pass.
