Positive: Brilliant - Beautiful, perfect small touches; bird seed, parrots, pictures of nature framed, cute tiles in sailboat theme in shower. Nature tree views Close up as soon as you open the shades. Incredible room enough for parents to escape upstairs lol . Foxtel Sat for movies series etc, comfy big lounge. Kitchen has good cooking facility’s and bbq on deck. Loved the big fridge for all my mineral water and diet soda. This place is loved, a recycling bin and rubb bin. A/C in every room a bonus, pool and outside spa. This is not just a hotel this is an Experience!!
Negative: I need to get fit few stairs between levels, if anyone has issues with stairs I know there are other level ones to book. I booked a big cabin high up in hill.

Negative: Very poor internet. Black spot. No toilet downstairs. Only upstairs. No water view from our apartment.

Negative: The mattresses in the second bedroom on the bunk beds could do with being replaced. The kids found them quite lumpy and uncomfortable.
