This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, open plan home has fully furnished and equipped bedrooms, kitchen, dining and living areas to comfortably house up to 9 guests.
Bedrooms: The master bedroom has a KING BED, walk-in robe and en-suite with double basin and shower. All other bedrooms have built in wardrobes and are furnished with side tables and lamps.
Bedding: We supply luxury sheets, quilts and premium cotton quilt covers for a contemporary home.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Living area: Queen sofa bed
Lounge Room: Fitted with four seat & three seat couches, luxury leather 2.5 seat sofa bed, coffee table and 75 inch smart TV. Enjoy the benefits of unlimited WiFi and active guest accounts with Netflix, Stan, Prime Video & Disney Plus. Stay up to date with your favorite tv series or choose from a vast selection of available movies.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, gas cooktop, large fridge and freezer, dishwasher and is stocked with Pyro Stone cookware, Breville appliances and 10 seat dining table. We also provide a coffee machine with complimentary pods ☕️
Laundry: Easy use front load washing machine and front load clothes dryer. In the laundry cupboard you will find an iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, mop & bucket, fire extinguisher and first aid kit.
Infants: We know how organized mums are but if you run out of space in the car don’t worry. You will find a quality portacot, change table, high chair, baby bath, plastic plates, bowls and utensils located within our home (portacot linen not supplied).
Parking: There is a 2 car garage and ample parking space at the front of our property. Finding a parking space will not be an issue.
Verandah: Fitted with outdoor furniture & BBQ with gas ring, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the view with friends and family.

Summary: We spent 3 nights at Dave & Belinda's property. The location is great, really peaceful and right next to the hot springs. Check in was really easy and the access to the house via the garage made unpacking and packing with kids stress free. The kids loved the huge TV and access to streaming services was great. Dave was incredibly responsive to our enquiries. The house is really spacious and great for a family. We found plenty to do in the area. It is an easy drive to Lakes Entrance and Paynesville. We visited Raymond Island and completed the Koala walk, which was really beautiful. For guests who have not stayed at the property before, some handy things to know: Although linen is provided, there is no top sheet provided. It is just a fitted sheet and a doona with a doona cover. It's the first 'linen provided' property we have stayed at that did not provide a top sheet and were unaware that not all hosts provide a top sheet when linen is provided. So, for those who prefer a top sheet for comfort and hygiene, you will need to bring your own. Another unexpected exclusion was bin liners. We searched the kitchen high and low, but were unable to locate any and there wasn't one in the bin. We purchased some in Lakes Entrance as we mostly cooked at the property and had lots of food scraps. We had a really lovely stay and would happily return to the property again. Thanks Dave & Belinda!

Summary: Lovely very clean house, with a lot of room so everyone could spread out when they wanted privacy. The main living area is very large, with a well setup kitchen and access to balcony. Location was excellent, next door to the hot springs, 5 minute walk to the waters edge and 2 minutes away from the golf course. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. Couple of extra towels for the week would have been nice, but given that the laundry facilities had everything to handle our needs.

Summary: This property is in a magic spot for a nice, quiet coastal getaway. Close enough to Lakes Entrance and a 2 min drive to the Metung town centre. The house is a great space for a family, and David was very responsive.

Summary: The house presents very nice, quiet neighbourhood, short picturesque walk into Metung. Plenty of towels and good quality linen provided (although the king size bed would benefit from a larger quilt). The addition of some basic kitchen supplies, gladwrap, foil, fresh dish cloth would contribute to the luxury expectation. Some additional silicone/plastic serving spoons and chopping boards would also be good. Overall a great getaway and good communication from Dave and Belinda. Thank you!
