Positive: This is by far the best hotel we have found in Palo Alto! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the little patio off our room...nice for coffee in the morning. The hotel staff are exceptional! They helped us with everything we needed, and even went out of their way to help schedule airport transportation and help for our elderly parents who departed a day after us. The location in downtown PA is prime and in walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel gym is very well equipped. Coffee service on our floor was a nice perk....coffee, decaf and a variety of teas offered in the morning at no additional charge.
Negative: The hotel has no breakfast...but there are many options very close by.

Positive: The location is great and the staff checked us out was great as well. The bathroom was very clean when we checked in.
Negative: The room layout was kind of strange but pretty large comparing to other hotels in the area. The issue was that the cleaning staff did not clean the bathroom at the 2nd night. The bathtub was dirty, so we had to clean it up. The floss and toilet paper were not filled. We did not bother to call as it was near midnight. We were disappointed it was not cleaned even with the high tips we left on the 1st night. Also, we were not explained about breakfast areas and complimentary drinks when we checked in. We found it out when we were checking out.
Summary: It was okay, could've been better.
