Summary: The unit is fine. The management company is inexperienced, sign in process is very cumbersome and the uploaded documents failed each time to be received, had to be texted separately each time. The Wi-Fi password did not work at my initial stay and when I stayed a second time in the space the same Wi-Fi error still exists in their welcome package. I have used my wife’s Vrbo account to stay in several other places so much easier than this management company. I had plumbing issue the first I stayed on a weekend and management company was frustrating to deal with to resolve. The overall experience was disappointing for what is a very nice comfortable space. Less disingenuous apologies and more action goes a long way with clients.

Summary: Vrbo’s identification uploads were not visible by management firm had to be done again, Wi-Fi password was wrong in the checkin instructions.Ongoing plumbing issue was dealt by management company poorly.Nice property, management team wasn’t on their A Game. Stayed in Vrbo full houses that my wife has rented much less hassle with overall process.

Summary: This unit was very quiet despite it's closeness to the downtown area and the university. Very easy to walk to get coffee or food. The street parking is fine. There was some confusion with the listing, part of it said we could add a guest for one night for 25 but when we asked the property manager they said no. Lesson learned to select a different vrbo which will allow 3 guests. Overall a very nice unit while visiting Stanford for Family Weekend.

Summary: Poor bathroom, poor electrics which cut out due to inefficient circuit breakers. We were not advised in advance of this.This made studio very cold. Took 24 hours to get fixed.Very litte crockery, or glasses.
