Summary: Clean comfortable room, recently updated and well laid out. Beautiful landscaping and colorful plants everywhere. Great location for walking the town. Close to restaurants and museums. We would definitely stay there again.

Summary: We were arriving early and had already called to let them know ahead of time. We asked about getting an early check-in and she replied that was possible. It didn’t happen. We still had to wait a couple hours to get a room. They were slow, uncaring, and not very friendly. You have to pay for parking, no fresh water cooler available in the lobby, just bottled water and drinks for purchase. The buttons/snaps to close up the big gap of the curtain by the door in our room were all broken.

Summary: Clean rooms - the only thing that was inconvenient was the shower faucet being on the side where the shower door is sealed. Have to step in the shower to turn on water faucet and water runs cold for a bit. Have to stay in the cold running water while turning water faucet.

Summary: Had a very enjoyable experience at this hotel. Close to the main plaza in Santa Fe the hotel provides a quiet room that is clean and comfortable. Off street parking is provided and there is a nice Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel, but is apart from it.

Summary: The best thing about this hotel was its location, only a block or so from the center of Santa Fe. Even recognizing its central location, it was overly expensive for basically a standard motel room. Cleanliness and staff were great.

Summary: This is a very nice hotel, right in the heart of the Santa Fe historic district. Literally a half block from the oldest church in the U.S., as well as (supposedly) the oldest house. About three blocks from the main plaza, the Loretto chapel is about a block over, etc. Hotel itself is nice, we needed a handicapped accessible room with roll in shower and they delivered. Bath was in fact quite nice, though the room itself was a bit on the small side. I think this is because the hotel was redone/retro fitted at some point, obviously originally an older motel redone. There was a refrigerator but no microwave. There is a pretty good Chinese restaurant attached to the hotel, also handicapped accessible. They charge for parking which is in addition to the cost of the room. Nice pool area which we did not use. Lots of pretty flowers, at least in the summer (August) which is when we stayed here. I would recommend it.
