Positive: Excellent location close to the port, restaurants and attractions. Very clean and spacious. Beautiful apartment with high ceilings, hardwood floors and exposed brick. Convenient parking in a garage about 1 minute away (25$ / day). Full size washer and dryer. Kitchen amenities included. Laurie was a great host. We would definitely rebook this apartment in our next trip to Montreal.
Negative: Nothing. Everything was great with the apartment.

Positive: The location is absolutely perfect to enjoy what the Old Port has to offer. Walkable to some of the best restaurants, shops, and sights in Montreal. Spotlessly clean with a modern kitchen and comfortable living space. Nice personal touches like the cold water waiting for us in the fridge. Abundant amenities and everything you need to be comfortable for several days. Wonderful high ceilings, exposed brick, and floor to ceiling windows! Felt authentic Montreal.
Negative: The temperature was pretty warm in the apartment and we had difficulty regulating it with the thermostat. Otherwise, we have no complaints.
