Sited on 2 private acres on a mesa overlooking the Sangre de Cristos mountains, this 5,400 sq ft home is filled with numerous New Mexican style touches. Intimate enough for a couple yet spacious and functionally designed for a group or family, highlights include an open kitchen/dining/television area, an elegant living room, a roomy master suite, two additional comfortable bedrooms with private baths, and a well equipped exercise room. Gas fireplaces in several rooms create additional warmth and festivity. All of this opens to lovely gardens in the front entrance courtyard and to a spacious east facing portal with dining and lounging areas, gas grill and a six person hot tub. Soothingly cool plaster walls, heated stone flooring, classic beam ceilings, and handsome finishes accentuate each room, creating a magical, relaxed, and unaffected ambiance. Plentiful windows and skylights create a gorgeous natural glow within and allow for appreciation of the marvelous surroundings and breathtaking views. The property is located behind a private security gate in a quiet area just outside the City of Santa Fe limits, very near the Santa Fe Opera house. The central plaza in Santa Fe is less than a ten minute drive from the house.

Summary: To say that this place is one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed in, is an understatement!! From our very first communication with the host, to the very last, she was responsive and friendly. She met us at the property, and even let us check in early. There were fresh flowers, coffee, cookies, and even beer from the local market for us! The place is spacious and beautiful. We hosted our family for Thanksgiving, and cooked in that amazing kitchen, which had everything we could possibly need!! We sat in the hot tub afterwards and watched it snow. If you are debating on renting this place, just do it. It was worth every penny we paid!! Thank you so much, Melissa. We will be back.

Summary: Our third visit was a delightful holiday, which included our goddaughters from London. We all enjoyed the stunning patio with spectacular views of the mountain range. Everyone was comfortable in their personal bedrooms, which included en suite bathrooms. The spacious kitchen was well supplied. Access to the city and other activities was easy and convenient from the hilltop location. Melissa, as always, was available, helpful, and gracious as our host. For a family or small group accommodation, this Santa Fe site is unbeatable!

Summary: Absolutely amazing home just outside Santa Fe town situated on rolling hills. Incredible views from the full length back porch. Top notch inside with fully stocked professional kitchen. Bedrooms all very comfortable. Common areas all nicely decorated, beautiful art on the walls. Highly recommend this home if you are visiting the area.

Summary: The property is stunning, thoughtfully stocked and comfortable for all. Plenty of space,comfortable seating, gorgeous views, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, the kitchen, a chef’s dream. Enjoyed the hot tub with Mountain View’s.
