Summary: Visiting Philadelphia with family and friends for a college athletic event. The house on Washington was a great find - close to all the events that we attended. The house was spacious - allowing everyone to have an area to gather as well as their own personal space. Lamar was very helpful - he gave us a short history of the home and made sure that we had access to him if we needed anything extra during our stay.

Summary: We came in to Philly to for my brothers wedding. There was 12 of us and 4 cars. I was struggling to find a place that would allow 4 parking spots close enough to the venue (in Newtown Square) but also to downtown Philly because of course we wanted to explore. Came across this little gem and seemed to check off the boxes. Enough bedrooms/bathrooms etc. full kitchen. We were pleasantly surprised when we got there. The townhome was huge and clean, everyone had their own space so we also were not on top of each other. The master room had a little balcony which was nice. We had brought some games and saw that there was a supply there too which was great. Parking was off street but we never had an issue with having to park too far away. The host Lamar was pleasant to talk to. Made us feel very welcomed with the welcome messages the day of. Ultimately a great spot. Neighbors were nice too. I would stay again.
