Summary: Hard to find a lovely property with plenty of comfie beds and baths.We were a family of 7 and had more than enough room to spread out and also come together. Large table in kitchen designed for 8-10 people! We had a lovely stay on the coldest days!Very good communication with hosts. Thank you for having us!Enough cups, mugs and plates for everyone:)

Summary: This was out second time staying at this property and I can’t say enough about what a great experience we had. It is a beautiful, old home with lots of charm. The kitchen is well equipped. We had some questions and the owner was quick to respond. It is in a fantastic location, an easy walk to Brown and shopping.

Summary: We were in town to visit elderly relatives and brought our grandmother along to see her sister and brother in law. The first floor bedroom was perfect for her, and the rest of our family had more than enough room upstairs. All guests of all ages loved this house and the little ones really enjoyed the playground across the street. The hosts were fabulous. If we visit again, we will certainly stay in this home again! Thank you so much.

Summary: Great location. The neighborhood is quite charming considering Providence is a city. My guests and I travelled to attend a conference at the Rhode Island Convention Center. The home is spacious with plenty of room for entertaining. We particularly loved the professional waffle maker.

Summary: A group of 10 of us stayed at the house this past weekend for a family/friend celebration. The house is very spacious and clean. There are multiple rooms and bathrooms of different sizes. The master bedroom and bathroom is gorgeous and well updated. The kitchen is renovated beautifully! Communication with the host was very easy and they responded in a well reasonable time. This was a perfect fit for our stay. We truly enjoyed it!

Summary: We rented this gorgeous home for our daughter’s graduation from Brown. It’s the perfect blend of Victorian charm and modern convenience! It was also conveniently located close to her degree ceremony and only a few blocks to Brown University and Thayer so we were able to park the cars in the driveway and walk everywhere. The kitchen was well-appointed and stocked with all the essentials. The eating spaces were so beautiful that we ate every meal there and didn’t even bother with overcrowded restaurants. Whole Foods is just a couple minutes away. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Everyone had their own beautiful space! This stunning home allowed us to relax in a lovely space and just made the entire weekend stress-free! We especially enjoyed the front porch every evening where we’d relax and have a glass of wine each evening. Bruce was very responsive and welcoming!
