Summary: Very clean & comfortable place! Beds were awesome & perfect! We loved the gated living space, 2 miles from downtown. Nice little courtyard to hang out in and take out little dog for a walk. Drew was a wonderful responsive host!

Summary: I went to Memphis for my friends white coat ceremony. While searching for places to stay the hotel reviews were not so great, so i figured I’ll search VRBO. I’m so glad i found this property. The place is exactly as advertised and was just what we needed. Mr Garrison was very responsive and most importantly we felt safe at this property.

Summary: This cozy place is a very short trip to all the downtown location Beale St, arenas restaurants etc. It was clean, and the beds were super comfy, nice decor and had the amenities of home. Problem resolution was swiftly handled. The refrigerator wasn’t working and communications with Drew were on point with quick resolve. Would def stay here again! Thanks Drew!

Summary: I have nothing negative to say about our stay. The place was just as described, had all the needed amenities and was nicely decorated. Location was close to the FedEx Forum and stores, restaurants etc. Communication with Drew was great!!! Will definitely stay there again on out next trip to Memphis.
