Spacious, newly remodeled and beautifully furnished split-level open concept 3-bedroom 2.5 bathroom contemporary home in quiet residential Woodland Hills neighborhood equipped w/ hi-speed wi-fi. Master Bedroom has brand new king size mattress & furniture w/ ensuite bathroom, double vanity, rain shower and new washer dryer in closet, 50" flat screen w/Apple TV. Adjacent bedroom #3 has brand new queen bed and desk/chair which can also be used as a workspace. Junior master Bedroom #2 has new mattress & furniture and full ensuite bathroom, on main floor. Both full size bathrooms have sliding glass doors and walk in showers. All new stainless steel appliances in kitchen, which has Keurig coffee maker, coffeenean grinder and French press. Kitchen is stockedwith extra paper towels , napkins, K-cups, creamer sweetener cooking oil, spices and condiments. Opens to breakfast nook, dining room, living room and family room with 52" HD TV. Private tiered/graded patio with all new lounges, conversation patio furniture, pergola & dining table, built-in gas BBQ and gas fire pit, enclosed & private with bamboo fencing, palm trees, colored-lights Decorated with splashes of blue and green, this split-level home has 1826 sq ft interior and 2600 sq ft palm-lined patio. Gorgeous views of sunset from patio!
~ Three-bedrooms, (1 king, 2 queen beds NEW mattresses & furniture) w/ 2.5 baths - can sleep max 10 guests with 2 additional sleeping areas equipped with luxury queen size air mattresses with thick memory gel foam toppers which are available upon request with advance notice to convert dining room and living with curtains/room dividers.. Maximum number of guests is 10, with two persons per bed.
~ Five- minute walking distance to grocery, shops, and restaurants. Two shopping malls and freeway within 3-5 minutes drive.
~ Guests can expect to walk up and down stairs during their stay as there are 7 steps leading to front door/main entrance as well as 6 steps to Bedrooms #1 and #3 and patio steps leading to Tier(s) #2 and #3.
~ Note: patio step handrails lead from ground floor to Tier #1, but no handrail from Tier #2 to #3. Guests with physical disabilities who require the use of a wheelchair or walker should not consider this property for their stay.
~ Guests have full access to entire house, private patio, and driveway which accommodates 2-3 vehicles. Free ample street parking, with 2-hr parking M-F, 8am-6pm. Street cleaning restrictions on Mon/Tues, 12-2pm.
~ This house is for stays only, not parties or events. Identity MUST BE VERIFIED with a government ID via the VRBO platform. Guests have entire house, patio & driveway to themselves, and I (owner) maintain a studio in the lower unit/converted garage with a separate entrance.

Summary: We had the Best experience here! The host, Lisa, was so kind and incredibly responsive. This home is lovely - and so well appointed with tons of thoughtful touches for convenience and comfort. There wasn’t one thing we wanted that we didn’t find in a clearly labeled spot. :) And the backyard is absolutely gorgeous. Even prettier than the photos and perfect for relaxing and/or hosting. We also enjoyed strolling in the neighborhood and to the multiple restaurants and grocery stores that are a short drive or walkable! We felt lucky to stay here and definitely hope to be repeat guests. Thank you again for everything, Lisa!

Summary: We were attending my son’s wedding in Topanga and this was a perfect location. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean and extremely well stocked. The kitchen has every appliance and tool you could want. The backyard is so beautiful, with a great grill. Thoughtful touches throughout the house like tissues by every bedside, lots of charging stations for devices, extra towels, and bath supplies. Beds were so comfortable. I can’t say enough about this lovely property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: The home was as advertised!! It looked just like the pictures, actually better than the pictures!! The location was awesome. The host was helpful, but not intrusive. We were close enough to everything we wanted to do and see. Lisa, your home is amazing and I hope we respected it and made clean up for you easy! It’s definitely a place I will put on my list to stay at when revisiting the area. The family loved the home and the backyard. We spent almost every night out back reminiscing about our day and enjoying the weather. I recommend this place. It’s a 10 out of 10!!

Summary: The house is very spacious and accommodating! We loved the multi-tiered, tropical-like patio area!! The location is an LA suburb and an easy drive to all attractions and activities. Lisa was the absolute best host!! She communicated with us before, during and after our stay. Would definitely recommend this house for a family vacation!!

Summary: We brought 3 generations to celebrate our daughter’s graduation. This home is immaculate, comfortable for all in our group (aged 87-18), spacious and gorgeous. The backyard is landscaped in a way that offers privacy and 3 levels on which to sit outside and read or chat with companions. It’s also very pretty. We didn’t want to leave.

Summary: I can’t begin to describe how comfortable our stay was. From the start to the finish we felt right at home. The house is very spacious and is equipped with pretty much anything you’d need. And the neighborhood is great and felt safe. The only issue we had was the steep driveway, but once you get used to it, it’s easy! Lisa made this stay even better, as she was a great host and so quick to respond. We’d definitely stay here again.
