Summary: The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were good but could be cleaner as our garden facing balcony had some spiders webs. The amenities were excellent, we had a great experience at the spa on-site. The breakfast was delicious and they had many vegetarian options. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and looking forward to my next stay!

Summary: We stayed at Element Bali Ubud for four nights as a family with three children and had a wonderful experience. The property itself is beautifully maintained and conveniently located close to Ubud Market, making it easy to explore the area. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff throughout the property were consistently warm, attentive, and proactive in ensuring our stay was enjoyable. A special mention to the restaurant team, who provided excellent service during our meals. We particularly appreciated the morning yoga sessions and the spa, both of which were relaxing and well-organized. The pool was also a highlight, especially for the kids, who thoroughly enjoyed their time there. Overall, it was a very pleasant and memorable stay, and we would happily recommend this property to families visiting Ubud.

Summary: Staff is amazing at every level. The room is squeaky clean, the bed is amazing and the breakfast is varied and delicious. I have extended my stay here several times. I enjoy being here.

Summary: Rooms are clean and fresh. The staff from the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, guards at the entrance…everyone is professional, friendly and attentive to the needs of the guest. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Summary: Rooms are well Maintained, if I talk about staff most of the staff are humble and polite but some have communication issue. Issue I have faced are below. 1. They didn’t take my Marriot membership number and informed me that they will not take it since booking was done through Expedia, this is pretty strange. 2. We booked room with dinner but their chef didn’t know how to prepare Indian food. This is pretty strange that lots of Indian are staying in this property and everyone was complaining about this. Ideally they should give training to their chef on his to cook Indian food. We wasted our money by booking room with dinner. 3. Bad and rude behaviour of their restaurant manager Bima. They doesn’t behave properly with customer and was very rude with us.

Summary: Great service by all staff, lovely pool and spa, the buffet was great, especially the indian counter- credit to the balinese chef who nailed the indian breakfast, kids loved the buffet....the Nasi Goreng was my favorite...overall a great experience, the staff made the differnce
