Positive: The place has a cosy feeling and breakfast was great. Friendly staff.
Negative: To save on energy bills, no heating during the day. I was staying in Cooma while my family went skiing. The building stays reasonably warm but not enough when staying still reading a book. I bought a big hot water bottle to help me stay warm. It won't be an issue for people hitting the slopes during the day. Heating is great when it's on.

Positive: Continental Breakfast was help yourself and plenty to choose from. Communal dining room was very nice & cosy. Beds were very comfy and bathroom clean with lots of natural light and fresh air. Quiet location
Negative: As travelling around for 10 days we had larger pieces of luggage and our room was on top floor with steep stairway. We stayed in Room 7 with 1 Queen & 1 single. bed. The room was too small for 2 beds. We had to keep moving our luggage around so we could access different parts of the room as was so cluttered. At night we had to move our luggage right in front of door otherwise we would have tripped over it during the night
Summary: Would stay again if had a room with more space and less clutter.

Positive: I love old world charm of yesteryear! Cosy rooms and high ceilings. Big homely dining room also. Continental breakfast and the opportunity to meet with other travellers which we did.
Summary: Our stay was very comfortable and a reminder of a past generation and feeling that atmosphere.

Positive: Great location. Comfortable rooms, with some old world charm. Just like staying with friends or family. Good breakfast. My bed was also very comfortable, which is rare when staying at most accommodation in smaller towns.
Negative: Water from shower ran across the whole bathroom floor, had to block with bath mat. Also room was a little bit cool, maybe need to turn on central heating a bit earlier. But on these were only minor points.
