Summary: Had tickets for free cocktails. Was told first night they were good until 7:30. Arrived at 7:10 at the bar second night. Bartender commented as she was walking past behind the bar, those were only good until 7. Said she be right back. Waited 20 minutes and finally a second bartender came over and asked what I would like to drink. In the meantime, the first bartender walked behind the bar past where I was sitting several times amd never acknowledged me again. Do better!

Summary: The room was excellent except the there was no shampoo so I used 2 pumps of the shower gel to wash my hair & then the gel was empty when I wanted to wash my body. I found a housekeeper in the hall she gave me shampoo & said they would bring shower gel. They never did

Summary: The room was great. My co-worker left his 2nd phone when we left. Tried calling for 5 days afterwards to see if the staff had found it. Nobody would answer the phone. Stopped back 6 days later to be told it wasn’t found. Apple Location said it was there. They wouldn’t let us look in the room for it.

Summary: I had a very disappointing experience. I called the front desk three times—only one call was answered. On a couple of occasions, I walked past the desk, got to my room, and then needed to call down, but no one picked up. I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never encountered this kind of unresponsiveness before. The cleaning service was minimal. My bed was poorly made, and used coffee cups weren’t replaced. The elevators were extremely slow, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t even available until the following day. Overall, this stay fell far below expectations. I will not be returning.

Summary: And first they booked us in a handicap accessible room, then moved us to the wrong type of room, and third try they got it right. Rooms were nowhere near a Hilton or embassy level quality. I seriously thought I was in red roof in the way the carpets looked Not happy with any of it except the breakfast was good.

Summary: My son and i stayed for a weekend golf tournament, Friday-Sunday. Check-in was welcoming. Ice machine on our floor was out, only working on floors 4 and 6. Light above room’s bar was out. Breakfast next morning, we got there 30 mins before end of service: most of the breads were gone, no fruit salad left. After the tournament, we came back at 4pm to take showers before the banquet. Our dirty towels were gone but not replaced. I called to the front desk, but it rang a few minutes without answer. I took a shower and used a hand towel so my son had the last towel. While he was in the shower, there was a knock at the door asking if we wanted service. New towels please and thank you. Saturday night we came back from the awards and wanted a snack and drink. Went to the bar at left, waited 10 minutes at the bar without being even acknowledged. Bartender looked at us, then asked a different group of the wanted more drinks. We left. My past experiences at other Embassy Suites left me expecting more.

Summary: The staff was friendly, but my rooms wasn’t very clean, it was coffee stains on the counter, and the bathroom could of been cleaner, and the room could of used a vaccum
