Summary: There was a constant water drip from the A/C unit which made my overnight resting uncomfortable. My rooms temperature was not comfortable at all. I also parked in the back and had to walk around the side to enter instead of.closer to where I parked due to keycard malfunction .

Summary: Checked in after check in time and we had to wait for a manager to release our room due to an uncertainty there was a clean one available. A nice, big hairball greeted us at the door to our room...not sure how long it's been since the halls were vacuumed. The beds are comfy and it was nice to have 3 sinks with 4 of us in the room. Breakfast was not very good. Most disgusting powdered eggs ever. Even the muffin was undercooked.

Summary: I've stayed at another Embassy Suites before elsewhere, so I was excited to stay here in Fort Lauderdale. They have a unique atrium that is beautifully designed, great breakfast, a beautiful pool with a nice hot tub. But the service was lacking a little at times. Although I recognize a hotel can get busy at times, there never be any sense of urgency for hotel staff to assist in issues raised. Whether that'd be sending maintenance up to room, more towels for the pool, or finding someone to help take our bags after checkout. Little things that can add up for the overall experience. I do want to commend Chemoya at the front desk, however. She provided great service and deserves a shoutout. Hotel itself is very close to many restaurant choices and just a couple miles away from the beach for convience. I would definitely stay again and overall can't recommend the Embassy Suites brand enough.

Summary: Staff was nice and the breakfast was super. Also enjoyed the evening cocktail hour, although the snacks were lacking. The hotel was full due to a convention, family reunions, and number of people awaiting their cruise ships, so the place was always a bit noisy. Our room was on the street, which was also noisy to try and get a better location

Summary: The hotel is a little outdated but served it's purpose. My son enjoyed the pool especially since it opened at 7am. The rooms are spacious and breakfast was great. I've stayed at several Embassy Suites and dont recall ever having to pay for self parking that wasnt in a covered garage. It didnt feel safe considering the lot is behind the hotel. Speaking of safety, we were not a fan of people having access to the pool through a fate near the same back parking lot. This meant non-guest could come to the pool. There was no security on site. After our 2nd night we did notice that the gates were later pad locked. I would be remissed yo say that the location of the hotel was great. There are alot shops and restaurants within walking distance

Summary: Great location to the airport and the great public beach. Easy in and out. Not a big fan of paying to park at my hotels but I understand being in town but they did not have limited parking so… lobby and central area ware very spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the 2 drink and app happy hour which was veggies and ranch with a side of “Chex mix”, slightly underwhelming but the drinks were good! Outside pool area was very nice including pool, hot tub and a Koi Pond!

Summary: Check in went smoothly. Front desk advised I had a renovated room. Furniture looked old and bathroom was very old and nosy. Had to call maintenance bc it kept making sounds. My husband is a plumber and said flapper needed to be replaced. Maintenance guy shorten the chain and it still made noises. Making noises throughout the night causing sleepless night.
