Summary: Spacious place for 2-4 guests and close to everything. Right off Rte. 1. Clean and well taken care of. Owners are excellent. Dedicated parking space. Every unit has a private, enclosed outdoor area. My second stay here.

Summary: my sister in law said she really liked the place. simply fine. well put together. she travels to So FL often. host was responsive to my messages and showed caring for our circumstances. we were/ are (haha) all seniors. 67-73. we have decided that when our group plans a trip as a group, to the south, we would try to rent all 4 places if it is available. His label as Premier host is well earned.
