Positive: I was well pleased with the breakfast. But I am from down south and would have liked the dish (grit's) offered during the week day.
Negative: The sofa and pillows in room 156 had the oder of urine. The table's, desktop what the televisions were on and lamps were all dusty. The furniture in the lobby needs to be cleaned. My sister and I sat in the lobby on 9-26-25 and observed a bottle of wine fall to the floor causing pieces of glass to splatter all over the lobby floor. Then we observed customers come in and stepped on some of the pieces of glass. Staff attempted to clean up the glass, but did not completely clean up all the glass.
Summary: Overall I was still satisfied with my stay.

Positive: There was a good selection of breakfast foods. We had no problems with parking. The room was clean and comfortable. The furniture needs to be upholster, (the chair and ottoman).
Negative: Could have had coffee / tea available during the day in the lobby.

Positive: Front desk staff were working hard to meet everyone's needs with a caring, professional attitude.
Negative: It would be even better if there was a hot tub and late pool hours to at least 11 or midnight.
Summary: My daughter loved it and is excited for more family members to visit her at college and get to stay
