Positive: We really enjoyed our stay in Charleston, WV. It was centralized to everything we had on our agenda for the weekend. The Embassy was perfect! Great location and easy to walk to dinner every night! We really enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks in the evening and the breakfast in the morning. The water pressure was THE BEST in the shower! We loved the valet guys/gals too! So friendly and fun! Looking forward to our next trip for sure!

Positive: Catered food for our conference was exceptional! Rooms were very comfortable and clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were perfect!
Negative: The breakfast was mediocre but it may have just been because the pancakes were burnt. Lots of other options that may have been better.
