Summary: We ended up moving three times. 1st room the airconditioning made an awful noise. The 2nd room spelled of dog urine. We finally got a room, but the mini fridge in that room needed needed to be defrosted it was all full of ice.

Summary: Trouble with valet messages - would not work with phone. Our room was unlocked and propped open. Not convinced room was cleaned - old coffee in pot, Half of family ended up with bug bites overnight.

Summary: We were very disappointed to check in and realize that the pool was closed for cleaning. It was drained with lots of equipment around. Doesn’t look like it will be functional for a while. Seems like the middle of the summer on a 4th of July weekend is a terrible time to drain the pool and not let guests know before they arrive. We have two young children that got all dressed and ready to go swimming and were thoroughly disappointed to walk down and realize it was shut down for our stay.

Summary: Great hotel in an excellent location. Everyone was kind and helpful. Hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the reception snacks and drinks, had a great flat bread at the restaurant and wondered breakfast. We will definitely return.

Summary: They did not notify that pool was closed. Room service was so minimal. While lobby is cool and vibrant, everything feels so off. Breakfast is great though.

Summary: Nice place. Time to replace the mattresses. Parking was too far and to charge for it was crazy, you need a back entrance. Pool was closed. Good breakfast, very nice Staff.

Summary: The hotel staff were very friendly upon arrival and the offsite parking was right across the street. The hotel looked very nice and the our room was spacious. We got in late so their restaurant was already closed but we were able to cross the street for some dinner at Outback. It wasn’t until we were ready for bed that we came across some inconveniences. My son noticed what looked like blood on the fitted sheet to his bed. I tried calling the front desk but the AI operator told me I needed to go down to the front desk. I went down to request a clean fitted sheet. She would have the security guard bring us one to the room. When I made it up to the room we also discovered no sheets for the pull out couch and only one pillow. I then proceeded back down stairs to the desk to request the additional items so we could finally go to bed. The guard brought the items in a timely manner but the additional pillow has a stain in it so we didn’t feel like it was clean. After the beds were made out family of six were able to lay our heads down for bed. Although I was happy for the six of us to be able to sleep in one room, queen beds would have been a lot better then full size bed for two people to share and if I had a choice 4 pillows per bed not 3. Just a comparison to other hotels we have stayed at. The pool was also closed and we had to head out asap in the morning so we couldn’t enjoy breakfast but it looked very nice.
