Positive: The room was very comfortable. The outside patio was nice. I loved the view from the room and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel met our needs. I wish there were more taxis available to take us sightseeing.
Negative: I would recommend that you have more waitress/waiter on hand. The staff was not as attentive as we would like. We came for breakfast and waited 30 minutes. We did not get waited on and left. Poor manners!
Summary: Comfortable rooms but need training on customer service in the dining room.

Positive: Nothing really stood out.
Negative: Unable to enjoy our porch. Several young men hang around outside, arguing and smoking every day. The groundwork or landscaping was not appealing. The dining area was certainly not inviting. Tables and chairs were all about and not clean. No matter what we order, they still ignore certain things we asked not to put in the food. People are allergic to certain foods.
Summary: The front desk staff was welcoming and professional, but the other areas need a lot of improvement.

Positive: When I wake up and go to my patio I view the ocean maybe 60 70 ft away and what is more important is a staff that they have working out and the Beach area they are the most helpful and courteous people I have ever met I could ramble on and tell you about 30 other things I love about this place but if you have you don't have to be damaged to come here it's not cheap but this place is like paradise I'm sorry it's not like paradise it is Paradise
