Positive: The view from the room was beautiful, you are right on the beach and the beach is clean and well kept. If you are island hopping or staying for only a night or two, this is the perfect place because you can walk from the airport to.
Negative: The hotel does need to renovate and update entirely. The cleaners do a good job cleaning but it is really run down and tired looking. You do not want to keep any food in your room because of critters/rodents. You have to leave the property if you are going to eat for a full day, the cafe and restaurant are only open at certain times and those are your only options so if you want a full resort experience than go to one of the bigger resorts.

Positive: Front desk was very nice however the other staff were very unhappy and not nice. Hopefully it was just a bad weekend for them.
Negative: Very Beautiful beach. A real BEACH FRONT PROPERTY!!!!

Positive: The room was very comfortable. The outside patio was nice. I loved the view from the room and the staff was very accommodating. The hotel met our needs. I wish there were more taxis available to take us sightseeing.
Negative: I would recommend that you have more waitress/waiter on hand. The staff was not as attentive as we would like. We came for breakfast and waited 30 minutes. We did not get waited on and left. Poor manners!
Summary: Comfortable rooms but need training on customer service in the dining room.
