Summary: Staff were very friendly and helpful, check in was great we got there early and staff were able to get a room ready for us ahead of check in time (early check in) also provided us with a microwave to warm up

Summary: Thank you, Lisa and staff! You made our Mother/Daughter trip a wonderful experience! The rooms are beautiful, although a microwave to accommodate the refrigerator would be a benefit. The pool and beach were amazing! Lisa really made the stay special. Excellent Customer Service, Lisa!

Summary: The location is great and all rooms face the beach with a large balcony. During our stay the power went out the morning we needed to check out. So we had no power or water to get ready to leave, they would not allow us to check out an hour late to give us time to use the toilet and shower. With no electricity the restaurant and coffee bar were also not open.

Summary: We love Emerald for our shorter family trips - you can't beat the location and convenience! The venue itself has not been upgraded in years, so wear and tear on the property is becoming noticeable but service is good, and it works well for those who want to use it as a home base.

Summary: Just overnight stay going to and leaving St.John VI. Hotel room very clean esp. the bathroom, nice large illuminated mirrors in bathroom. Nice balcony and almost right on the beach, beautiful. Lunch and dinner in Cafe at hotel and again at the beach and open air. Enjoyed my day there.

Summary: The shack renting jetskis etc. is right in front of building 1 and plays music at high volume all day long. Closing the doors does not do much to help with the noise.
