If you are seeking a romantic tropical hide-away or a secluded place to escape with your family or very close adult friends, this 3 bedroom 2 and a half bath single family two storey home nestled on a peninsula in Whitby, North Caicos, awaits you. Here you will enjoy the best of what North Caicos has to offer; uninterrupted picturesque views, white powdery sandy beaches and days punctuated with activities such as kayaking, snorkeling, fishing and visits to places of historical and ecological interest should you wish to explore the island.
This spacious home is newly constructed and beautifully decorated with modern amenities and all the comforts that you would expect in a home away from home. The property is furnished with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops throughout, washer and dryer and central A/C. The master bedroom has a king size bed, an adjoining large master bathroom with a large soaking tub, shower, walk-in closet, and custom cherry double vanity and linen cabinets. From the living room a grand staircase leads guest upstairs to two additional queen bedrooms, a very large shared bathroom and an outdoor patio which is ideally decorated and situated to enhance your rest and relaxation experience.
To keep you in touch with the outside world telephone and internet service is available in the home and the living room has a 46” flat screen Smart TV for your viewing pleasure.
To get here, simply book your flight to Providenciales International Airport (PLS). After arrival, a very scenic 25 minutes water ferry ride, via TCI Ferry service, will bring you to an island where peace and tranquility awaits you. The ferry departs from Heaving Down Rock, Walkin Marina on Providenciales and arrives at Bellfield Landing Dock on North Caicos. Alternatively, if you are arriving or departing on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday, you may take a short 15 minutes flights from Providenciales International Airport to the recently named Clifford Gardiner Airport in North Caicos. The name of the airline providing air service is Caicos Express.
Due to its serenity, pristine nature, friendly people and absolutely no crowds, and its proximity to Provo by air and seas, North Caicos is quickly becoming the island of first choice for visitors to the Turks and Caicos Islands. Summary: Emerald Estate is rare VRBO treat...a property that completely lived up to it's descriptions and expectations! Away from anything resembling a crowd, we had miles of beach to ourselves. We enjoyed the local markets and establishments and exploring North and Middle Caicos, but mostly we enjoyed the quiet and solitude that this wonderful property offers. Impeccably furnished with lots of thoughtful extras provided for comfort and entertainment. Clara was easy to work with and made the process, the stay, and the exit effortless. Would definitely recommend this to anyone seeking a quiet tropical oasis!

Summary: We were looking for a place that was secluded. We walked a few feet down and had our own private beach Clara was very responsive, she always replied back within 30 min The house was clean, views from top balcony were amazing to sit and drink coffee. Family of 6, had plenty of room for everyone There were kayaks on the property which were great I would definitely stay again

Summary: This house was just perfect! We knew it was going to be secluded, but had no idea that it would be seclusion in paradise. We took plenty of day trips exploring the island but we all agreed that our favorite days were spent in the "backyard" which was a beautiful, natural rock beach. We set up chairs and read outside, swam and collected shells. My husband had the best time snorkeling right there! A few steps away was a proper sandy beach area. The house was immaculate. Beautiful, clean and so comfortable. While we love to explore new places over spring break, we all unanimously decided that we want to return to Emerald Estate very soon!

Summary: This house is located in the most beautiful setting with complete privacy - the only person we ever saw during our week-long stay was the local fisherman who passed in the distance on his boat every morning and evening. Each day taking in the views felt like seeing it all for the first time, and it was breathtaking. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we definitely hope to make a return trip.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Estates. Very secluded ocean front property on a beautiful point near the mouth of Bottle Creek. Enjoyed sitting on the upstairs veranda with an ocean view. Everything was as advertised on VRBO--well equipped and very clean. We used the provided kayaks on the lagoon behind the house and even put them in the back of an economy car and took them elsewhere. The house is 10 minutes down an interesting sandy/rocky road from the nearest paved road and about 20 minutes from groceries and restaurants. Clara, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive to all of our questions and to the few minor issues we found. There is good bonefishing on N. and Middle Caicos, but it does take time and effort to find them - using a kayak is important. The scenery and uncrowded nature of the island is a great contrast to Providencials, but it is important to know that there are fewer "amenities" (restaurants, organized tours, shopping, etc). But if quiet, seclusion, and access to nature are important this is a great place.
