This is our cherished summer spot.
Lake front, beautiful sunsets, 4 bedroom, sleeps 4 adults comfortably, 1 bath, kitchen, dining areas, living area, large sun room with views of the sun setting, family friendly, fire pit for small fires, outdoor dining table, outdoor chairs, outdoor gas grill.
For indoor entertainment there is Cable and Apple TV, internet service, DVD players and DVD's, books games, etc.
For outdoor entertainment there is a canoe, paddles, life jackets, fishing, water float/trampoline, paddle board, swimming and a shallow/deep water dock. There are bike and walking trails.
Only 20 minutes to highly desirable downtown Portland boasting 5 star restaurants, art and culture. Come and enjoy all that Maine has to offer!
Kids or no kids, this property with its close proximity to downtown Portland (and Falmouth) is a win/win. If you are looking for off an off the grid feeling (end of a long dirt road), with serene vibes and gorgeous clear water, this is the place for you. Cozy up by the fire pit after dinner and roast marshmallows as you watch sensational sunsets with your loved ones.

Summary: The location is amazing and we found it to be ~30 minutes from everywhere we wanted to visit in Maine. The lake was warm in July and the dock/bounce float were fun to use. The cabin itself is lovely, with comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend!

Summary: We enjoyed a week by the lake in this cozy little Maine cabin. The property offers a perfect blend of shade (under the tall pines) and sun on the dock. The lake is extremely clean and the sun porch is a perfect way to wind down after dinner.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this classic little Maine cottage. The setting on the lake is great, with a dock and a float. the decor and furnishings are wonderful. Very cozy. Our teenage son liked sleeping on the back porch. The owners are really nice and checked in to make sure we were happy. The parking is limited to only two cars, so if you can handle that this place is perfect.

Summary: We had a wonderful time and enjoyed this property! In fact, we all decided to stay right at the cottage the entire time because the weather was perfect, the view was impressive and the eagle flying by was awesome. We prepared our meals right there, enjoyed the fire pit and slept well! We look forward to returning.

Summary: This place was even better than we had anticipated! The house had everything that my family and I needed, and it was more spacious than we thought it would be. The rustic charm was exactly what we were hoping for, and it fit our kid’s needs to a T as well. We loved being able to have Portland such a short drive away, yet be totally secluded at the house. Having the waterfront access was perfect for the kids during the day, and after they went to bed my wife and I could watch the moon with our wine at the waters edge. Our hosts, John and Caroline, were great with communication and made sure we knew they were easily available if we needed anything. A perfect stay, we would love to come here again for a longer time
