Summary: We were lucky enough to find Josephine's Cottage to base ourselves at when visiting family in the area last week. The house was exactly as described and perfect for our family of 4. Communication with JoAnn was excellent and we were really impressed with the house and how well-equipped it is. Hopefully we'll be back, and in the meantime I'd highly recommend it to others.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at Josephine’s cottage! It was very cozy and just what we were looking for while visiting family in Gibsonia. JoAnn was very responsive to a few initial questions and was very helpful when a few items were left behind by mistake. We would love to return the next time we visit the area!

Summary: Thoroughly enjoyed the cottage and the host! It was an easy daily drive to/from downtown Pittsburgh and provided much needed tranquility to rest up for the next day. Would stay here again!

Summary: Spacious and private. The home is beautifully decorated and provided all the comforts of home. The owner was quick to respond when there was area power outage. A short 15 min. drive to UPMC Passavant, provided a perfect home for us during my father's surgery and 4 day hospital stay. The peaceful location provided a relaxing 2 day recovery for my father before returning home, 2.5 hrs away. We would love to stay here again to enjoy some of the local events and activities.

Summary: I loved Josephine's Cottage: it was very cosy, beautifully fitted out, and and a lovely suburban location reached by some lovely winding country roads. JoAnn was very responsive, and it was a very easy 30 minute commute into Pittsburgh. I really appreciated the privacy and spaciousness that this property provided, as well as the lovely designer touches.
