Stunning view of the pool and golf course right off balcony. There are (2) 18-hole golf courses in Myrtlewood right on the property situated on the Intracoastal Waterway.

Summary: The condo was neat, clean and updated. Communication with Derek was timely and informative. This condo is located on the golf course with a small pool. It was too chilly for the pool but was convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach. I was there for a Spring break baseball tournament at Ripken Park. My only request would be to have a few k cups cream and sugar for guests. I missed my coffee in the morning.

Summary: My husband and I had a wonderful extended weekend at Derek’s home. What you see in the photos is what you get, plus so much more! The condo was the perfect size for the two of us and could have comfortably fit two more guests. The location was ideal for the beach, shopping, entertainment and eating out. It is definitely centrally located, close to everything. There were a couple of things that we brought to Derek’s attention when we arrived and he took care of them right away. Communication with Derek was great through-out the rental experience and we most certainly would consider renting from him in the future!

Summary: Standard 1 bedroom condo. Not luxurious but clean and comfortable. Lots of light. The coach was comfortable and so was the bed. Everything was in working order. Great price. We would stay here again.

Summary: Rented this wonderful condo just a few minutes away from my apartment for my mom to stay during Thanksgiving and was not disappointed! I do pest control for work and i know a clean and healthy condo when i see one, and this was it! The unit was well maintained, beautiful, in a fantastic area close to attractions for tourists and still not too close that it keeps you awake at night! Myrtle can be a tough area, but this condo is in a gorgeous and safe place! The owner was super friendly and clear in his communication, and left no questions for me to ask! 10 out of 10 would be an understatement! Will definitely look at renting from them again!

Summary: This condo is so beautiful! Nice furniture and the view from bay window was lovely overlooking the pool and golf course. The king size bed was so comfortable. I would like to purchase a mattress myself for home! The towels were nice and plush and the sheets nice and crisp. We would definitely stay again. Nice and clean.
