Positive: We had an incredible experience at this BnB and can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was absolutely perfect. The hosts, Ian and Josie, were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt completely at home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a calming, cozy atmosphere that made it easy to relax. If you're looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and memorable stay, this is the place. It’s a true gem and we’ll definitely be back!

Positive: Josie and Ian were very friendly and made us very welcome in their home, in a comfortable room with excellent ensuite shower/toilet. We used to live in the area so we chose their property as we already knew it was in a very nice road of traditional properties, and the location is excellent for anyone thinking of getting the train into Birmingham city centre.
Negative: The house number wasn't clear online, and was actually 2 doors along from the location indicated when zooming into the map, which meant we knocked on the wrong door, until identifying the house number next to the postcode.
Summary: We would certainly return and it is great value.

Positive: I can't recommend this beautiful place enough ,beautiful quirky home ,host were absolutely fantastic josie and Ian they couldn't do enough for us ,I felt like we'd made friends when we left, home from home experience. 10 out of 10 without a doubt highly recommend 👌 oh and the beautiful dogs super cute well trained and behaved love this place
Negative: We were at a surprise 60th and the couple actually offered to drive us there ,nothing was to much trouble
