Positive: Good location in Ginza, Metro is 10 minutes away, all very new, several convenience stores nearby and loads of restaurants. Quite spacious place, but we had bigger places for less money.

Negative: Beds pretty hard, central station more than 25 mins walking away, and going with bags through streets not so great.

Positive: Roomy and comfortable. Close to transport and shops. About 10mins walk to Ginza Station which can get you most of the tourist spots.

Negative: There wasn't a clothes dryer in our room which we had expected. We got our things dry in the room with the coat hangers, but a line or rack would have been helpful.
